NEUROLOGICAL FACIAL ASSYMETRIES
There are clinically described the rare syndroms involved in facial assymetries: the Collins-Franceschetti syndrome, the Francois-Haustrate otomandibular dysostosis, the Goldenhar eye-ear dysphasia, the Francois mandibulofacial-ocular dyscephalia, the Weyers-Thier syndrome: unilateral mandibulo-facial dysostosis, the Parry-Romberg progressive facial hemiatrophy, the Horner syndrome, the Arlequin syndrome and the Adie-Ross syndrome. The material draws again the attention over these syndromes also within the neuropediatricians’competence, having an orientative character for clinical and paraclinical identification of these facial neurological anomalies.
