LEARNING DIFFICULTIES OF CHILDREN IN PRIMARY SCHOOL: RISK AND PROTECTIVE FACTORS FOR EARLY PATHOLOGY (CLINICAL SAMPLE STUDY FROM TIMISOARA’S HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHIATRY 2002-2006
ABSTRACT:
The study discus a sample of 70 children that was selected from a clinical population seen in ambulatory service of the Department for Child and Adolescent’s Psychiatryand Neurology Timisoara 2002-2006 and diagnosed with school failure.We analyzed the genetic and perinatal and environmental risk and protective factors involved in school failure of pupils in primary instuction.ln this group was noticed the majority of the ones coming from disadvantaged families, disorganised and/or with low socio-economical status from rural areas preponderant.The multiple factors of risk were associated to determine pathology that was the reason for reference.
