ABSTRACT:
Bell’s facial palsy is a form of temporary facial paralysis, probable a virus infection or trauma, to one or two facial nerves. Treatment may include medication (such a steroids, antiviral drugs, B vitamins), physiotherapy (heat packs, special exercices, massage, electrical stimulation, infra red, low level laser therapy, acupuncture), Botulinum toxin, possible surgery.
